I will never ever look that chic because:
a) I'm not that tall
b) I can't tolerate anything on my neck except scarves - and only certain scarves at that
c) I am not Italian and do not work for French Vogue
Doesn't it look like a shot out of a magazine fashion editorial? ...Minus the people milling around of course.
